Wyld Postnatal Pilates - This 45-minute class is designed to support new moms as they ease back into movement while keeping baby close. Through gentle strength work, core restoration, stretching, and breathwork, we focus on rebuilding strength, improving posture, and helping your body recover after pregnancy and birth.
Babies up to 6 months are welcome to attend and can rest nearby while you move, stretch, and reconnect with your body in a supportive and relaxed environment.

Wyld Mommy + Me Postnatal– A nurturing class designed to support both babies and their caregivers. Little ones explore gentle movement, tummy time, music, and sensory play that encourage early development and social engagement. Moms enjoy light stretching, mindfulness, and—most importantly—a warm space to connect, share, and build community. This class offers bonding for you and your baby, plus the chance to meet new friends at the same stage of life.

Our Wyld Toddler classes blend age-appropriate yoga-inspired movement, breathing exercises, and sensory activities to help children develop balance, coordination, and body awareness — all while having fun. Each class encourages self-expression, curiosity, and connection through movement, story, and song.
Parents and caregivers are invited to observe or gently participate as their toddlers explore, move, and grow in a nurturing, creative environment.
