Danielle DePiero

Her practice began in 2013, and from that moment on, yoga has always been a safe place for her to ground herself, catch a breath, and relieve anxiety. In 2018, after having a second daughter, the need and pull for something more than just taking yoga classes while being a mom of two was strong for Danielle. She went on to complete her 200-hour Vinyasa certification, led by Erica Stanzione at Flow Yoga Studio in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ. In April 2024, Danielle expanded her knowledge and love of the practice by completing her 300-hour certification, making her a 500 RYT. Today, Danielle thrives to share this amazing opportunity with others. Whether it be to help guide them to a deeper understanding of the practice, or to assist as they go through this amazing journey of life. Danielle also has a connection with healing and has her Reiki Level 2 certification led by Toni Chianetta.

Lauren Powers
Lauren Powers practices energy healing as a way to help people reconnect with themselves. She believes healing isn’t something outside of us — it’s something we remember. It doesn’t come from effort, but from the moments we allow ourselves to slow down, to breathe, and simply to be. In a world that keeps us moving, striving, and constantly “on,” she understands how our nervous systems hold thousands of open tabs — processing, reacting, and carrying far more than we realize.Lauren’s work meets clients on many layers, both seen and unseen. Her approach isn’t about doing more; it’s about creating coherence within the system — a state where energy and the nervous system reorganize naturally and return to balance. She believes the true medicine is the field created together in session: a space of safety, love, and presence that reflects each person’s wholeness and gently invites them back to themselves. Every session with Lauren is unique, shaped by what the client is ready to release, integrate, and remember.
