Wyld + Well Terms & Conditions

1. General Policies

• All purchases (classes, memberships, retail, and services) are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Class schedules, pricing, and instructors are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Wyld + Well reserves the right to refuse service or entry for any reason deemed necessary to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

2. Class Booking + Cancellations

• Students must pre-register for classes through Mindbody or the Wyld + Well app/website.
• To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the class start time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a class credit being forfeited or a late fee charged to the account.
• Wyld + Well honors up to three (3) grace cancellations per calendar quarter.
• If a class is canceled by Wyld + Well, you will be credited or refunded automatically.

3. Infrared Sauna + Red Light Therapy

• All sauna and red light therapy sessions must be booked in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to avoid being charged.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and prepare for your session.
• Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session.
• Remove metal jewelry and notify staff of any medical conditions before use.
• Sauna use is not permitted for individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Each participant is responsible for monitoring their own physical condition and must immediately exit if feeling unwell.

4. Memberships + Packages

• All memberships and class packs activate on the date of first use and expire as stated at purchase.
• Auto-renewal memberships will be charged monthly unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing date.
• Suspensions or extensions are granted at the discretion of Wyld + Well and must be requested via email.

5. Retail Purchases

Retail sales are final. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for unworn/unopened items in original condition with receipt.

6. Health + Safety

• Please notify instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies before class.
• All guests are expected to maintain a respectful, clean, and calm environment.
• Wyld + Well is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while participating in classes, using the sauna, or being on the premises.
• By attending, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in activities that involve physical exertion and assume all associated risks.

7. Personal Belongings

Wyld + Well is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

8. Photography + Marketing

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during classes and events for marketing purposes. By attending, you grant Wyld + Well permission to use your likeness in promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Minors

• Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver and consent form.
• Minors are not permitted to use the infrared sauna unless accompanied by a parent/guardian and cleared by a physician.

10. Agreement + Acknowledgment

By booking or attending a class, service, or event at Wyld + Well, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Wyld + Well reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and within Mindbody.
